"I alternate these with my multi and take them when I feel that I have not incorperated enough greens or veggies for the day. I am a carnivore and often feel that I just didnt get enough vegetables. I take a few with a meal. I really appreciate that they are Organic as I think that Organic is the way to go when they take foods and condense them down into pill form. I am glad that there is a product like this for me to take."
