"This is a excellent filter for city water, I purchased the original water pure filter in 1998 and a water filter salesman came to my door to sell me the best filter ever, I told him I already had one. He asked if he could check it, and it tested a zero. He said I had the best he ever tested. I gave him the information needed so he could get one. Only have to change once a year,and if it is just 2 of you you can go even longer. Purity Products quit selling the canister but you can buy one on Ebay. Great Product!!"

"You can always fill a cup of filtered water from your fridge, IF it has that feature. And IF your electrical power is on. But if you want to fill more than a cup, and faster, and even during a power outage, then you NEED some water filtering system near your sink. I am very happy with mine, and that's precisely why I reorder a PB1 cartridge replacement every year. Clean air and water - that's the first priority, is it not? :)"
