"My husband and I have been using the Omega 3 Super Pill for a few months now and find that it is superior in quality. As of now, I have not yet taken a blood test at the doctor's office, but will in the near future and am hoping my cholesterol count to come down. If it does, I will be a happy camper. "I have found this fish oil to by a woderul product. Living in minnesota the winters are very cold and dry which is very hard on the skin. Withn 2 weeks of take the fish oil I was able to see the difference in my skin."

"I have been taking this product for 2 weeks, I am still wondering what effects I am supposed to feel. I don't feel worse than when I started taking it, just want to feel something I guess. Maybe the Omega 3 and CoQ10 benefits internally are what I am to appreciate....plus I think these products are expensive."

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on our Triple Action Omega 3 (TAO3). Unfortunately you didn’t mention what specifically prompted you to try this formula, so what I can tell you is some of the support you might expect with regular use. First, since this is a natural supplement, best results are obtained when taken daily, as recommended (optimally, during the first 30 days double the dose).

With that said, some of the advantages of TAO3 are the concentrated levels of EPA (430 mg) and DHA (310 mg) per serving. These “essential fatty acids” comprehensively support healthy heart and cardiovascular function, healthy cognitive function, they promote healthy brain development and enhance the function of complex signaling pathways in the human body as well as promoting vibrant and youthful skin and may also enhance healthy vision by promoting normal retinal function.

Additionally, the clinically recommended 800 mg of Plant Sterols per serving, taken in conjunction with a healthy diet (low in saturated fat) can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and provide healthy cardiovascular support. And finally, there is also 50mg of Coenzyme-Q-10 per serving. This important nutrient is critical to converting nutrition into usable energy at the cellular level. "I heard the radio ad going to Calistoga for a weekend of R&R. It just happened to be the week before I had heard the same ad and had wondered why I was feeling so sluggish. I had tried Mona Vie and a few things but just haven't been feeling my old self. I just turned 52 and was willing to try anything to get me out of the funk I've been in for about a year.
