"Signa Lean Plus when taken before eating a large meal gives you the feeling of fullness, so you don't overeat or binge on foods( it is because of potato protein extract that gives you the full feeling). It also helps you crave less for comfort food (at least I have stopped buying all those bag of chips since I dont' crave them any more).

I have just ordered more Signa Lean Plus and have no intention of giving it up."
