"Since reaching middle age I developed insomnia but am loathe to use drugs of any kind so I searched for a more natural way to overcome the problem. This product taken before bedtime has completely eliminated my insomnia. I noticed after taking this product for only a short time that it worked better then any pill form calcium I have ever taken. I will never go back to pills again as long as this product is available. Thanks so much for the top-notch quality of this product."
