"Better deal from the 60 count omega berry. It cost a few dollars more but recommends taking 3 pills a day, I can tell you feel the difference. Fro those who have an acne problem like me it significantly helps keeps the acne down( not as severe ) at the same time you should always have a healthy diet."

"I hated taking vitamins when I was young and that included fish oil out of the bottle,but that all changed in January 08 when I started taking Omega Berry Super Formula,not only do I get my daily vitamins but I also got my FISH OIL to. "This is one of those products that you don't truly realize the benefits....until you stop taking it!!!! It has been most effective with curtailing "dry eye," helps tremendously with my cognitive memory and joints.
