"We've had this filter (and it's predecessor) for over 10 years. It kept a dozen or so teenagers in water all through high school and now all of the grandkids too! It's simple, easy and very cost effective. We use this for all cooking. The water is clear, clean and tastes good. The only drawbacks are that once in a while the tubing can get hung up and it falls over and the water is dispensed out of a small tube and it takes a couple minutes to fill up a large pot of water."
